The 7th Chun Shui Tang store in Japan, the Tenjin Chikagai store, is located in the Fukuoka Tenjin Underground Shopping Street (Watanabe Street), which is the largest underground shopping street in Fukuoka City and also in the Kyushu region. It is a north-south underground street, approximately 600 meters long, consisting of 12 streets numbered from 1 to 12.
The Tenjin Underground Shopping Street is designed in a 19th-century European style, with Southern European cobblestone paths, and decorative courtyards with arabesque patterns, creating an overall elegant atmosphere and providing customers with a pleasant shopping environment.
The store's interior design adopts similar elements and color tones as the previous store (Yokohama store), with a similar overall style. Similarly, due to the large flow of people passing through, there is also a dedicated takeout counter set up.
The exclusive product at the Tenjin store is the Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) Tofu Chicken Noodle, which is inspired by the famous Kyushu delicacy, spicy mentaiko. It has a slightly spicy taste, refreshing, and with a rich flavor profile.
