Driving Taiwanese Tea Towards Globalization
We employ a “master-apprentice system” training approach for employee education. Skilled mentors directly impart their knowledge and expertise in supply and management to partners through personalized, one-on-one training sessions. Additionally, emphasis is placed on cultivating work ethics and character development throughout the training process. Apart from monthly book clubs, tea ceremonies, and basic skills education conducted at each branch, we have established an internal education and training institution called Chun Shui Academy. This academy offers a wide range of courses divided into the College of Humanities, the College of Martial Arts, and the College of Management. These courses are designed to guide our partners in their continuous learning and professional development journey. Through this training method, we instill our corporate culture securely within new partners, nurturing employees embodying the Chun Shui values of “passion, cultivation, professionalism, and sharing”.
The job content follows a position rotation system, allowing partners to rotate through different roles based on store requirements, personal interests, and capabilities. This enables them to acquire a diverse set of skills essential for branch store operations. There is also the opportunity to transfer to branch stores in other regions, learning about operations in different regions and store types, laying a solid foundation for comprehensive management skills.
