Creative Bubble Tea Inspired Dishes from Chun Shui Tang
Following extensive experimentation by our dedicated R&D team, we proudly introduced a unique culinary creation in 2008: the “Bubble Tea Hot Pot”.
Crafted from meticulously chosen tea leaves, our special broth seamlessly integrates the essence of tea into the hot pot experience, alleviating greasiness while imparting a delightful tea aroma. Indulge in this flavorful feast, where taste and satisfaction converge harmoniously.

In 2019, we introduced the “Pearl Milk Tea Soft Serve Ice Cream” (available in Gui Fei Black Tea and Tieguanyin flavors).
Meticulously chosen tea leaves are finely ground into a powder and skillfully blended into creamy ice cream to infuse every bite with a luxurious tea aroma that tantalizes the taste buds. Paired with chewy tapioca pearls, this decadent treat offers a delightful contrast of textures, ensuring a rich and unforgettable experience.

Snow-white ice cream infused with top-grade jasmine green tea, bursting with jasmine fragrance upon first bite, fresh strawberries in full bloom, sweet and plump, accompanied by a hint of refreshing fruit acidity, adorned with cute tapioca pearls, embracing a perfect balance of vibrancy and brightness.
In 2020, marking Chun Shui Tang's 37th anniversary,
we proudly unveiled our inaugural collaboration with the esteemed Japanese brand PABLO: the “Bubble Tea Cheesecake Tart”.
Crafted from premium black tea with a rich and natural sugarcane aroma, combined with a rich cheesecake, filled with golden sugarcane “Good Fortune Pearls”, the encounter between cheese and pearls is radiant, smooth and not cloying! Happiness and satisfaction start with the first bite.
We unveiled the heartwarming and innovative tea accompaniment known as “APP Biscuits”, perfect for afternoon tea in 2018.
It was officially renamed “Xiaochun Wheel Cake” in 2020, and the entire series was newly launched.
Recommended by pastry masters as selected limited editions, handcrafted tea snacks are freshly made every day, with a soft and rich egg and milk fragrance in the cake crust, hiding various possibilities in the creative filling, each bite brimming with happiness.

In collaboration with the renowned stuffed egg roll brand BlueBird Travel in 2021, we launched the exquisite “Bubble Tea Egg Roll”.
Introducing the exclusive egg roll featuring chewy pearls and the decadent aroma of bubble tea, infused into a thick, tea-flavored egg roll crust. With every bite, experience the distinct flavors of black tea, milk fragrance, and the delightful sponginess of black tapioca pearls.
In 2023, coinciding with Chun Shui Tang's 40th anniversary, adhering to the concept of “forever classic, always innovative”, we collaborated with the iconic brand Shaomei Ice Cream for the first time, jointly developing the “Bubble Tea Crispy Ice Cream Bar”, with a rich and mellow milk tea flavor bringing out the sweetness, enveloping the chewy tapioca pearls, and the outer layer complemented by black tea flavored crispy skin, making it the preferred choice for a multi-layered ice cream treat.

The adorable shape draws inspiration from Chun Shui Tang's iconic imagery, such as bubble tea, the founding store, capped cup, and teapot. Our design not only exudes charm but is also stuffed with generous fillings.

The limited edition ice cream "Brown Sugar Amber Pearl Ice Cream" launched in 2023 has captured the hearts of both young and old.
Premium black tea ice cream paired with brown sugar crafted from locally sourced cane sugar simmered to perfection. Its captivating aroma lingers, while every spoonful delivers a symphony of flavors. Paired with chewy pearls and crispy caramel cookies, it's a multisensory delight that leaves a lasting impression.
Limited edition soft-serve ice cream items will be introduced at different periods in select stores.
